We took it back to the framing, fixed what was underneath, and rebuilt it as a fully tiled walk-in shower — waterproofed properly, with a built-in niche and clean black fixtures.

What does new tile or flooring cost in Bismarck?
Floors like LVP/LVT and hardwood are priced by the square foot. Custom tile — showers, backsplashes, fireplaces — is quoted per project, because the tile you choose and the layout drive the cost more than the size does. Either way you get one exact written number within 24 hours of your free consultation.
How long does an install take?
A backsplash is often a day plus grout. A tiled floor is usually 2–3 days. A full shower rebuild runs about a week including waterproofing cure. LVP over an existing floor can be same-day for a room. You get the schedule in writing with the quote.
LVP/LVT or hardwood — which should I do?
Kids, dogs, basements, or anywhere that might see water: LVP, every time — waterproof, scratch-resistant, and it looks like real wood. Main-floor living space where you want resale value and the option to refinish down the road: hardwood. We'll bring samples of both so you can decide in your own light.
Do you supply the material, or do I?
Either. Plenty of customers enjoy picking their own at a local supplier — we'll give you the exact square footage plus waste so you don't over- or under-buy. If you'd rather not deal with it, we bring options to the consultation.
Is the consultation really free?
Completely. We measure, check what's underneath, bring samples, and give you a written quote within 24 hours. If the number doesn't work for you, no hard feelings.
Do you work outside Bismarck–Mandan?
